These terms apply to your use of theaviationdetail.com. The specific work we do on your aircraft is governed by the written quote and service agreement we provide you — not by this page. Where the two differ, your signed quote controls.
You may browse this site and use it to learn about our services and get in touch. Please don't misuse it: no attempting to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or copy its content or photography for your own commercial use without our permission.
Service descriptions, process steps and photographs on this site describe the kind of work we do. They are not an offer, a fixed price, or a guarantee of a particular result on your aircraft. Every aircraft is different. A binding price and scope only exist once we have assessed your aircraft and issued you a written quote.
Quote requests are submitted through Jobber, a third-party scheduling service. Submitting a request starts a conversation — it does not create a booking, reserve a date, or oblige either of us to anything. Work is scheduled only when we confirm it with you.
Scope, pricing, scheduling, access to the aircraft, cancellation, payment terms, and any warranty or guarantee on our workmanship are all set out in the written quote and service agreement you receive before work begins. Read it — that document, not this page, is the agreement covering your aircraft.
We may photograph aircraft we work on and use those photographs in our portfolio and marketing. If you would prefer we did not photograph your aircraft, or would like identifying details such as the tail number obscured, just tell us and we will respect that.
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Platinum Aviation Detailing. Please don't reproduce them without asking.
This site links to third parties, including our quote form on Jobber and our social media profiles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit our obligations under a service agreement for work performed on your aircraft.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
